Rhos-on-Sea
Whilst travelling to Rhos-on-Sea, Conwy, it was a very cold, cloudy day.(24th January). Thankfully the sun peeked through every so often, it was nice to see the sun dappling on the water. This was my first introduction to looking at the bird-life that was to be seen on the beach.........I found it fascinating, although I have always had an overall love of nature. Imagine my excitement of seeing such birds like the Purple sandpipers,Dunlin, over 200 hundred Oystercatchers,Redshank, Knot, Ringed Plover, Curlew and Rock Pipet, all these birds going about their daily rituals, with myself witnessing it at close quarters. A very rewarding day!!
